Do you do wholesale orders?

I’m currently taking a break from wholesale in order to explore new ideas and try different things in the studio. Feel free to reach out and introduce yourself if you are interested in working with me later on in the year.

Do you take custom orders?

Right now the answer to this question will probably be no, but if there’s something that you really have your heart set on and you think I’m the only gal who can make it for you, please feel free to send me a message. If you see something in the shop that's sold out that you would like, drop me a line; I might be working on more and can set one aside for you.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. I'm happy to answer questions or send additional photos if you are curious about an item. Each piece is handmade and as such may have subtle imperfections (as compared to items that are mass produced), and no two will be exactly alike. I take care to accurately represent colors in my photographs, but since every computer is configured differently colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. If something in your shipment arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and provide pictures of both the broken item(s) and the condition of the packaging when you received your shipment and we will proceed from there. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages; contact the shipping carrier to resolve.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Contact me if you are outside of the continental USA and would like to make a purchase. Please be aware of a few things: Shipping is probably going to be fairly costly due to the weight of ceramic pieces and the need for protective packaging. Any additional fees due upon delivery (taxes, customs, etc.) will be the recipient’s responsibility. There will be no refunds or exchange credit issued for pieces that are damaged during transit to locations outside of the USA. I will do my absolute best to package your order with care (and thus far all of the packages I have sent outside of the US have arrived safely and unbroken) but I cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs to products shipped internationally, so order at your own risk. To get a shipping quote, send me your address and let me know which piece(s) you want and I will have a quote for you as soon as possible. 

Are your pieces food safe? How should I care for them?

Everything is food safe, oven safe, and microwave safe unless otherwise noted. My pieces are dishwasher safe as well, but I strongly urge you to gently hand wash instead. For use in the oven, avoid extreme temperature changes (going straight from the fridge to the oven or vice versa).
